Several knowledge translation initiatives have recently emerged from our group. Here are some of the tools developed by the group. 

R Package

An R package implementing biophysical methods for prediction of promiscuous MHC class II binding peptides. This package is licensed under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. It is free to use for non-commercial purposes. To install it, click here.

MHC-II Prediction server

Online version of the above package. The sever allows for prediction of peptide binding affinities for 35 human HLA-II molecules. To use it, click here.
